Abundant Wellness offers a variety of massage modalities including Swedish/relaxation massage, deep tissue, sports, lymphatic, pregnancy, and chair massage.

The massage studio is located in West Duluth on the second floor of my home. It is accessible for those who are able to climb and descend stairs.

    This session is focused on the hands, feet and scalp and can be tailored to your goals. A variety of techniques will be used during your session. An optional foot soak can be part of your session. Massage includes hot towels, optional aromatherapy, hot tea and/or water.

    Extra attention is given to your specific needs. A hot pack and deeper sustained pressure may be used if you prefer this. Massage includes hot towels, aromatherapy, hot tea and/or water.

    Heated Lake Superior basalt stones are used while massaging your body. The stones are placed skillfully for profound relaxation. Heat from the stones warms the muscle tissue. Massage includes hot towels, optional aromatherapy, hot tea and/or water. This session is very grounding and relaxing.

  • $150

    Enjoy a longer session for deeper relaxation. Work can be done on a range of muscle groups to address multiple areas of concern throughout the body, not just the most problematic spots. Each massage is tailored to your specific needs. A variety of massage techniques will be used. Massage includes use of a hot pack, hot towels, optional aromatherapy, and hot tea and/or water.

Each home studio session is customized with your goals & needs as priority. Complementary hot towels, optional table heat & aroma therapy, tea or water, & full table time adds to your rejuvenation.
