Meet nature in a new way.
Forest Therapy is a research-based healing practice focused on mental and physical well-being through intentional, sensory immersion in nature. This guided experience invites you to slow down, connect with the natural world, and explore the benefits of rest, mindfulness, and gentle movement.
Immerse your senses in the ambience of the forest and allow your heart to open. With support from a certified forest therapy guide, you’ll be encouraged to notice your surroundings, move at a relaxed pace, and let what you observe find its place within you. Curiosity, playfulness, and unexpected delights often emerge when we fully arrive in the present moment.
Each session is unique, shaped by the day’s environment and intentions.
Advance registration is required.
Registration closes two days before each session.
